Athletes have different nutritional requirements during the different cycles of their training. At Just Right Eating, Stephanie is prepared to modify your macronutrient and calorie intake according to your current training phase.

Athlete’s Kitchen is designed for the individual with specific fitness goals, whether endurance, strength, stamina, or physical conditioning.

All meals are made with fresh vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean meats. Meal plans are specifically designed and portioned according to your individual activity level, phase of training, and metabolic rate.

You do not have to be an athlete to choose this program. You just have to want optimal nutrition whether you are training for a competition, want to gain muscle and lose fat, or combating a health condition.

This is not a cookie-cutter meal plan. This meal plan is very specific, taking into consideration your daily caloric needs, dietary requirements, and providing you with the correct macronutrient ratios at the proper times and with the proper amounts to accomplish physical, wellness, and performance goals.
