For over 20 years, Stephanie has been actively pursuing her passion for fitness and nutrition. She has invested a lot of time building her expertise in the exercise and fitness field, and her education, experience, and philosophy set her apart from other trainers in the area. One of her unique qualifications is a certification from the Titleist Performance Institute as a Golf Fitness Instructor.
In her role as a personal fitness and sports performance trainer, Stephanie combines both fitness and nutrition methodologies to help her clients lose weight, get healthy, and achieve their optimum fitness level.
In addition to personal training, Stephanie emphasizes a program of nutrition for sport, fitness, and weight loss. She has published her principles and methods in her book, Just Right EatingTM, which includes recipes and advice for achieving a balanced lifestyle.
Stephanie’s professional and personal life is centered on fitness and nutrition. When she’s not managing her gym, The Body Shop, or meeting clients for personal training sessions, she is creating recipes for healthier versions of her favorite foods, developing gluten-free products and menus, and enjoying sports like golf and volleyball.
A naturally curious individual, Stephanie is on a continuous quest for more information. She regularly studies the latest journals on fitness and nutrition so she can apply science and logic to better enhance her clients’ and athletes’ fitness programs.
Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Her education focused on sport training and sport nutrition, as well as treating special conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and arthritis, and recognizing and lowering disease risk factors.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys training, biking, running, enjoying family and friends, but most of all enjoying life!
